A spark is the beginning of something great, and this program provides the experiences, tools, and guidance to help participants develop their leadership skills and start shaping their futures. Through interactive activities, team-building exercises, and meaningful connections, Spark empowers youth to embrace their unique abilities and set their leadership journey in motion.
